I am on Winter Break until the 24th of January. I am very excited because I have been off from school for a month! This is a great time for me to catch up on those ZZZzzzZZZZZzz's that I had been miss because of school. I can also catch up on some sewing projects (the pile keeps getting bigger and not smaller). I finished resizing an XL T-Shirt and am about half way on a L T-Shirt.
As you can see below this, I started a Day Zero Project. Problem is the Day Zero Website has been down since Christmas. I don't have my Day Zero stuff that was on it!!!! Arghhhh, so I just decided to restart it all together.
Hrmmm.. nothings really been going on lately, but I want to continue writing on here and my friends at veracity can be thanked for this. =] Thanks guys!! =]]
Tonight I think I am going to kick back and start reading House Rules by Jodi Picoult. I just got this book for Christmas and excited to read it!!! =]

I am a fan of Jodi Picoult's books. I haven't read that one yet.
ReplyDeleteYou're lucky you're off for longer. I go back to school Monday!
Ahh I remember the days when I was at a community college & I got back so late in January. Although I did try to take a Winter session course ... wait now that I think of it, I don't think I could because there weren't any good ones. But that's actually really good of your school to add a second one. My CC had to cut it out because of budget cuts...it's so sad..I mean people are going to be stuck there forever because it's not offered & the semester system doesn't really allow you to do everything you need to do within 2 years. :/ Which is why I guess I now like the quarter system a little more. I mean yeah 10 weeks is really intense...but shoot..I get to take so many awesome classes!! Or the freedom to actually. :D
ReplyDeleteI don't know how to sew, but I just picked up knitting over break. hahaha my friend asked me if I was taking Adderall or something because I was being so active, but I just didn't want to sit around & do nothing. I had to get started on new projects to make me feel like I wasn't wasting my time! But I skimmed through your Project Zero day list & crocheting stuff was on your list! I want to finish up a scarf...but it's taking FOREVER. -_-
Ah that's right, Angie made a new forum! She told me about (my forum is affiliated with hers) & she's a sweet person. :) I probably will have to join it later.
I wish I had more time to read books that I want to read..well actually, I do have time, I just need to manage my time better!
But anyway, thanks so much for the sweet comment. :) haha if everyone you knew online knew about my website, I'd have more visitors, but it's sadly declining. :( Oh wellllll. :P
BTW I officially hate Project 365 so good luck with it. It is so annoying to take a picture everyday..especially when your day consists of you going to school & then studying. So if you do it, good luck. haha. I just want it to end right now. I think I started it in April or March..so I'm so close to finishing..sort of? Sorrrrry for this super long comment. -_-
House Rules is a very very good book!! I love Jodi Picoult. I have read all her books and HR is definitely one of my favourites. I also recommend "Nineteen Minutes" and "Handle With Care."
